September 2022 Update- Thank you!

Thank you for your support in the last few challenging years. As we continue to move on together many federal, state and local guidelines have changed, and some have not. During the past few years we also learned how to best serve you, and thus continue to retain some of our policies we started early on – including limited headcount in the store and limited registration times. We understand it may be frustrating at times but we appreciate the cooperation as we continue to serve you in the fastest and safest manner possible.

Crusader Paintball no longer requires the use of a N95 or similar facemask, but continue to encourage any employees or customers to do so at their comfort.

In Store & During Registration

 

Maintain 6 feet of distance from other persons not included in your group

We are only permitted 4 customers in the store at a time. We highly encourage arriving 1 hour before your intended play time to allow for registration lines.

You can speed up your registration check in time by filling out your waivers before arrival

 

At the Playing Fields

 

Maintain 6 feet of distance from other persons not included in your group. We have rearranged our tables to safely provide more space between groups

 

 

Rental Equipment Safety

In order to provide the utmost safety to our guests, all of our rental equipment will only be used once per day.

All rental equipment is sanitized by using CDC approved procedures.

 

General Changes

All touch services are disinfected periodically to help improve everyone’s safety.

Retail Items can no longer be tried on, such as gloves, prior to purchase. Retail equipment is no longer allowed to be handled by customers until further notice
