This refund policy governs our playing fields and associated sales, such as field paintballs, rental equipment, snacks, and other normally associated items. Please see below for the refund policy governing our retail sales, such as playing equipment.

Private Parties / Deposits : Deposits are non-refundable. This is a common question when it comes to bad weather forecasts for your day of play. In our experience, weather has never been a major enough factor to outright cancel an event or even reschedule. If you wish to reschedule a party, you may do so with no less than 7 days notice prior to your day of play. This policy protects us from having no-shows and losing opportunities to serve other customers and their plans.

Paint sales: All paint sales are final. In extreme circumstances, managers may permit refund on unopened bags of paintballs. Since we sell paintballs by the bag, and there is no volume discount, it makes NO sense to over-buy paint. Unused paintballs may be stored on-site, please see details in the ProShop.

Rentals : Absolutely no refunds at any time. In extreme circumstance, such as equipment malfunction, with verification by referees or Crusader staff, we will refund partial credit for rental items. This is never a problem for anyone, thankfully.

 

Returns
Refund Policy extends to unused, unopened merchandise purchased from Crusader Paintball Retail Store or Webstore, located at the URL https://www.crusaderpaintball.com. Refunds and credits are only permissible for un-opened purchases made within the last 30 calendar days. If 31 or more days have past since your purchase, it is much to our regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required in all cases, as well as original manufacturer’s packaging, instructions and inclusions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as paintballs, paint or smoke grenades, or other specialty items cannot be returned.

Downloadable software products
Some health, intimate and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise noted or directed by manufacturer or Crusader Paintball staff or agents.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or upon receiving the item in store

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@crusaderpaintball.com and send your item to: 225 Lincoln Highway Fairless Hills Pennsylvania United States 19030.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 225 Lincoln Highway Fairless Hills Pennsylvania United States 19030. Do not ship your item without first being instructed to by Crusader Paintball staff or agents.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
