These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Crusader Paintball website (“Site”) and the purchase of products or services from Crusader Paintball LLC (“CPB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Prices & Availability
Prices, colors, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to invoice merchandise at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts apply per individual product or part number and may not be combined across different products.
Sales Tax
Applicable Pennsylvania state sales tax will be charged on taxable orders shipped to or purchased within Pennsylvania, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
Orders, Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations
Some items may not be eligible for cancellation once an order has been placed or processed. Please contact customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Retail Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
No return is permitted without prior approval and an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Field Play, Rentals & Services
Refunds, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, weather policies, rentals, and paint sales related to playing fields, private parties, rentals, and services are governed by our Field & Services Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Payment & Financial Information
Payments for products and services may be made through third-party payment processors or, in certain circumstances, directly through Crusader Paintball.
For private party reservations or similar services, Crusader Paintball may collect limited payment and personal information (including name, phone number, email address, billing address, and credit card details) when payment is provided over the phone. This information is collected solely for the purpose of processing deposits, payments, or reservation-related transactions.
Crusader Paintball does not sell or use payment or personal information for marketing or unrelated purposes. Handling of personal and payment information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All payment information is handled using reasonable administrative and operational safeguards appropriate to the transaction.
Product Warranties
Products sold by CPB may be covered by manufacturer warranties only. CPB makes no independent warranties beyond those expressly provided by the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPB disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
