Refund Policy – Playing Fields, Rentals, and Services

This refund policy applies to playing fields, private parties, rentals, field paint, and all associated on-site services.

For retail merchandise refunds, please refer to our separate Retail Returns & Refund Policy.


Private Parties & Reservation Deposits

  • All reservation deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your reservation date, time, staff, and field availability.

Rescheduling

  • Reservations may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • A $100 rescheduling fee applies when rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled event.

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days in advance may be accommodated without a fee, subject to availability.

Attendance & No-Shows

  • Deposits are based on the number of players reserved.

  • Players who do not attend on the day of the event are considered no-shows, and deposits for those players are forfeited.

  • No refunds or credits are issued for reduced attendance.

This policy protects against last-minute cancellations and lost reservation opportunities.


Inclement Weather Policy

Paintball and airsoft are played in most weather conditions. Weather alone does not guarantee cancellation or rescheduling.

In cases of severe inclement weather that make the property unsafe—such as snow, lightning, high winds, tornado warnings, excessive rainfall, or poor visibility—the Field Manager may close the fields at their sole discretion.

If the Field Manager determines that fields must be closed:

  • No rescheduling fee will be charged

  • Deposits remain non-refundable

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability

  • Standard advance notice and scheduling requirements still apply


Paint Sales

  • All field paint and paintball sales are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges are permitted.


Rentals

  • Rental equipment and rental packages are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, early departures, or dissatisfaction unrelated to equipment malfunction.

 

 

Returns and Refund Policy – Retail Goods

This policy applies to in-store and online retail purchases made from Crusader Paintball, including purchases made through our retail store or via our website at https://www.crusaderpaintball.com.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for unused, unopened merchandise purchased within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Original manufacturer packaging, instructions, and all included items must be present

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Purchases made more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Paintballs, paint grenades, smoke grenades, and other consumable or perishable goods

  • Gift cards or gift certificates

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Select health, personal, or safety-related items

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer unless specifically instructed by Crusader Paintball staff or the manufacturer.


Refunds

All approved returns are subject to inspection.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items missing packaging, components, or accessories not due to our error

All partial refund decisions are final.


Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@crusaderpaintball.com before sending any items.


Return Shipping

Returns must be approved before shipping. Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided by a Crusader Paintball associate. Please clearly write the RMA on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without an RMA may be refused or returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
